On this 4 hour hike we found one of the biggest oyster mushrooms I've seen. My friend Dan cooked up some of the younger oysters and we had them as part of a cheeseburger. Delicious.

This oyster was an enormous and bluer than any ive seen, particularly the edge which was indigo.
